Once upon a time there lived a family with two sons in a spacious, old apartment in Berlin. One fortunate day, to the delight of all, a little girl arrived to join the family. Oh. What was once a luxurious and accommodating apartment was now far to small. A full-scale renovation was necessary, including the updating of the bathroom and kitchen, which had become chaotic over the years.
So, step 1:
