We prepare public-law certificates for the energy balance, develop refurbishment concepts and issue energy performance certificates. In doing so, we always look beyond current standards and subsidies and develop holistic concepts in this way.

Sustainability consulting

Our passion is the development of construction projects for the common good. We also want to share this passion and our knowledge with the outside world. We believe in a holistic planning approach and work together with our clients to develop tailor-made project parameters. We help everyone involved in the planning process to focus on these parameters and further optimize them over the course of the project. As a team, we help to develop the most grandchild-friendly of all options.

Building materials consulting


We develop holistic building material concepts that focus on the efficient use of ecological, healthy and pollutant-free building materials. We use life cycle assessment and life cycle analysis (LCA) to check material efficiency and the CO2 balance. In addition, we provide the necessary basis for decision-making in terms of ecology and economy by comparing variants.

Sustainability certification

As auditors and coordinators, we accompany construction projects from phase 0 through to operation and are authorized to submit building assessments for conformity testing.

Advice on economy for the common good

What are we convinced of? There will only be a real turnaround in construction with a turnaround in the system! That's why we act with the common good in mind and created our first common good balance sheet (ECOnGOOD) in 2021.
 We are happy to share this experience with other companies. We provide an initial insight into the accounting process and our most important findings from recent years. We can then use our network to help you take the steps towards your own balance sheet.
